Inquiries and project agreements
An email inquiry, website description or preliminary estimate does not automatically create a service contract. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, confidentiality and ownership must be confirmed in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the OAKU brand, website design, copy and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the relevant project agreement.
